Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• The successful candidate will work on a range of projects, from concept to completion, ensuring accurate cost management and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, and cost reports
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost issues
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Mentor junior quantity surveyors and technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Professional certification (NIQS, RICS) preferred
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, codes, and standards
• Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., MS Excel, CostX)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Desirable Qualities:

• Experience with international construction contracts (FIDIC)
• Familiarity with Nigerian construction industry regulations and standards
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Civil Engineer to manage our civil engineering projects from conception to completion. 
• The successful candidate will oversee project planning, design, construction, and delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and infrastructure development
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Manage project risks, conflicts, and changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management
• Professional certification (COREN, NSE, PMP) preferred
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, Nigerian building codes, and industry standards
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Desirable Qualities:
