    Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • Engage in promotion and sales of all company’s products
    • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
    • Reach out to new prospects and maintain relationship with existing customers
    • Analyze territory/market potential and supply reports on customer needs
    • Keep sales records and summary report
    • Engage in receipt of cash payments and credit sales
    • Be knowledgeable about the product and answer questions about the product.
    • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
    • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
    • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customers’ needs/ problems.

    Requirements

    • OND/SSCE in relevant field.
    • Able to work independently
    • Minimum of 0-1 year experience in a relevant role (Zeal and understanding of the job role is vital).

    Marketer

    Responsibilities

    • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products and services on variety of media (social, print etc.)
    • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
    • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
    • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
    • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies.
    • To chase and analyze the reasons for failure to turn an enquiry into a new order
    • Producing a brand style guide that best capture the company or client’s voice and mission
    • Researching previous successful campaign to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved.
    • Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Working with other members of sales or marketing team to plan, make sales, execute and monitor a successful marketing campaign.

    Qualification

    • B.Sc / HND / OND / NCE in Marketing or relevant field

    • Minimum of 2-year experience in relevant role

    Human Resource Manager (Female)

    Job Description

    • Identify the sources for prospective candidates through recruitment, selection and placement.
    • Create a clear awareness for the vision and mission statement of the organization alongside the organization`s policies
    • Maintain pay plan and other fringe benefit program.
    • Report to management by creating a clear and concise reports and provide decision support through HR metrics
    • Nurture a positive working environment
    • Handle workplace investigation, disciplinary and termination procedures.
    • Resolve conflict through positive and professional mediation.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations or other related fields of study.
    • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law and HR best practices.

    • Minimum of 2 years and above in human resources.

    Admin / Office Clerk (Female)

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate friendly and cooperative attitude and maintain high level of customer care.
    • Operate office machines like personal computers, facsimiles machines and voice mail system.
    • Regularly adhere to business procedures and guideline.
    • Handle time sensitive Materials like urgent and confidential packages.
    • Restock supply closet with printing ink, pen, paper, clips, staplers, folders, files and correction fluid.
    • Maintain existing filing system and assist in sorting, filing paper work in designated files.
    • Manage and maintain record pertaining to office expenses and also perform basic bookkeeping duties.
    • Assist to copy, collect and distribute office paperwork as at when requested.

    Qualification / Experience

    • OND / HND
    • Minimum of 0 - 1 year and above in Office Admin/Clerk.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Knowledge of specific software use within the organization.
