    Project Engineer

    The role interfaces and manages customer, contractors and OEM interactions, document controls, interacts with clients; monitors and tracks progress of all running sales order, documents and GAD reviews, production progress etc.

    Job Details

    • Coordinates proposal preparation for bespoke products, aligning Sales and Engineering activities. 
    • Interprets customer inquiries into cost-effective, feasible solutions. 
    • Act as the primary contact for customers during the inquiry and bidding processes. 
    • Establishes and finalizes contract specifications with external groups. 
    • Maintain strong customer relationships and leverage these to convert opportunities into orders. 
    • Support the Engineering team in design and build phases as necessary. 
    • Ensure thorough follow-up on proposals, using CRM and other sales programs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering Discipline, Project Management, or a related field. 
    • A Master's degree or relevant certification in Sales, Engineering, or Project Management is an added advantage 
    • 2-3 years of experience in bid or proposal management, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or a technical sales environment. 
    • Proven track record in coordinating complex proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing customer relationships. 
    • Demonstrated experience in costing, budgeting, and financial management as it relates to project proposals and bids. 
    • Ability to understand technical specifications and adapt to various product requirements. 
    • Proficiency in costing and financial aspects of proposal preparation. 
    • Skillful in building rapport and negotiating with customers and contractors. 
    • Ability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and customers. 
    • Ensures accuracy in costing, quotations, and documentation. 
    • Experience with CRM and sales software to track progress and maintain customer relationships

    Project Manager

    Site Engineer

    The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction site activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, within scope, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in managing site operations, contractors, materials, and project execution from inception to completion.

    Job Details

    • Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards
    • Lead and monitor site teams, subcontractors, and artisans to ensure efficient execution of work
    • Review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements for proper implementation on-site
    • Identify technical issues, design conflicts, or execution challenges and recommend practical solutions
    • Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of structural, architectural, and MEP drawings
    • Monitor project progress against timelines and escalate delays, risks, or resource gaps proactively
    • Ensure adherence to quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures throughout project execution
    • Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals for completed work stages
    • Oversee material planning, usage, and reconciliation to minimize wastage and optimize cost efficiency
    • Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards on-site
    • Conduct regular site inspections and enforce corrective actions where necessary
    • Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, technical documentation, and incident reports
    • Liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
    • Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation activities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./B.Eng.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
    • Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in construction/project site management or engineering supervision
    • Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale building, infrastructure, or industrial projects
    • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and site execution processes
    • Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP drawings
    • Sound understanding of project planning, scheduling, and reporting tools
    • Strong knowledge of quality control standards, construction regulations, and industry best practices
    • Working knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and site compliance requirements
    • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability in fast-paced site environments
    • Strong communication and report-writing skills
    • High level of accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering/project management software
    • Membership or registration with COREN, NSE, or relevant professional body is an added advantage
    • Certifications in Project Management, QA/QC, HSE, or related disciplines are advantageous
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) is an added advantage

    QA/QC Supervisor

    • Supervise and manage the QA/QC team, providing guidance and support in carrying out inspections and audits throughout the production process. 
    • Ensure that assembly and manufacturing processes comply with industry best practices and defined quality standards. 
    • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. 
    • Conduct detailed inspections of in-process and finished goods to identify defects and non-conformities, ensuring that corrective actions are taken promptly. 
    • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards, promoting efficient resource utilization.  
    • Maintain detailed records and documentation of inspections, audits, and quality control processes to ensure traceability and compliance.

    • Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. 
    • Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to management, identifying trends and areas for improvement. 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
    • Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) or other relevant quality certifications is advantageous.
    • Experience with statistical process control and quality improvement methodologies.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma and TWI principles.
    • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs tailored to organizational needs.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.
