    In-State Vaccine Consultant

    Key Responsibilities:

    Overseeing implementation activities, collecting and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data, identifying operational gaps, and proposing improvements to enhance program effectiveness. 

    • The consultant will also be responsible for preparing detailed progress reports, implementation updates, and stakeholder presentations to ensure transparency and accountability.
    • To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree (minimum of Second-Class Upper) in International Development, Public  Health, Medicine, Health Management, or a related discipline. Candidates should also have 4–5 years of relevant experience in vaccination programs, global health, public health implementation, or international development.
    • Prior experience with donor-funded projects, immunization campaigns, or health systems strengthening initiatives is strongly preferred.
    • Strong competencies in field implementation, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and program coordination are essential.
    • The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and capable of working effectively in dynamic field environments.

    Research & Data Specialist / Consultant

    Responsibilities include designing and implementing research studies such as needs assessments, baseline, midline, and endline evaluations.

     

    • The role also involves managing data systems, analyzing complex datasets, and generating actionable insights to support program decision-making and performance improvement.
    • Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive MEL frameworks aligned with donor requirements and program objectives. 
    • They will work closely with program teams to ensure data-driven planning, execution, and continuous improvement across interventions.

    Requirements:

    • Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Data  Science, Social  Sciences, or a related field, with 4–8+ years of progressive experience in research, data analytics, or MEL within development, consulting, or public sector environments. 
    • An advanced degree such as MSc, MPH, MPP, or PhD is strongly preferred. 
    • Experience with donor-funded programs and sectors like global health, education, nutrition, or social protection is an added advantage.
