    Field Service Engineer

    Your opportunity

    • Field service engineer, blowing & filling machines, mechanical. Proven experience with beverage industry & machinery, Sidel aseptic equipment knowledge is an asset. Degree in mechanical engineering. Based in Nigeria

    Your Mission

    • To Perform Installation, start‐up, commissioning and test of the Sidel Equipment supplied to customer sites, specialized onmechanical.
    • To Perform technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training and other after sales services of Sidel equipment installed at customer sites. 
    • To Develop a good understanding of the customer needs to provide objective advice and to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Your Profile

    • 4-5 years’ experience in field activities especially on blowing machines and the relevant processes.
    • Relevant education in mechanical engineering. Degree in mechanical engineering is preferred. 
    • Experience in the beverage industry, especially on Aseptic technology.
    • Consolidated technical background on mechanical systems.
    • Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus.
    • Knowledge of the process machineries upstream SIDEL equipment.
    • Knowledge of microbiological principles, hygienic and environmental conditions and guidelines.
    • Able to travel (up to 90% in international environment).

    Services Account Manager

    Your opportunity

    • Maintain the relationship with and manage the customers pertaining to Sidel aftersales offering. Responsible for meeting customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction, whilst developing and maximizing sales and margin contributions for Sidel in given territory. Customer point of contact for Services and aftersales activities

    Your Mission

    • Grow sales and profitability of Services offering, adapt regional services strategy to his/her territory, direct and implement action plans with aftersales team
    • Ensure that customer production line is optimized to the maximum
    • Responsible for performance of Sidel products, reports non-conformities and responsible for issue resolution process
    • Propose new Services products that add value to the Customer and are profitable for Sidel
    • Sell and negotiate Sidel Services portfolio, according to rules and processes of the Company
    • Plan customer contacts, visits and promotions
    • Coordinate and analyze market and competitor information, provide forecasts and report to relevant stakeholders
    • Responsible for his/her region outstanding and overdue payment performance
    • Is in charge of given account in his/her region

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Good level of English.
    • 5 years of sales experience and experience on the field (maintenance, production, Field Service Engineer)
    • Preferred knowledge of Filling and packaging industry equipment and services
    • Able to travel >50%
