    Chief Project Coordinator

    Responsibilities

    • Implementation of the city development strategy.
    • Development and implementation of project plans.
    • Supervision of the in-house project teams and consistent review of their dashboards for effective performance.

    Requirements

    • A University Degree in Engineering, Town Planning, Urban Development, Project Management, Construction Management, Finance, or Economics or related field with a minimum of second-class division or equivalent.
    • A relevant post-graduate degree and / or professional qualifications will be a distinct advantage.
    • A minimum of 10 years cognate post-graduation experience at a senior technical level.
    • Certification with appropriate and related professional bodies.
    • Hands-on experience in project management skills and with IS-based project management tracking.
    • Strong verbal and written communication and reporting skills.

    • Analyse data for management decision-making and impact assessment.
    • Generate periodic reports and dashboards and make recommendations.
    • Track documentation including system flow charts and business processes.
