    Fleet Officer

    Accountabilities

    • Ensure accurate maintenance and timely updating of vehicle and driver records.
    • Track and manage the replacement of essential vehicle accessories and parts (e.g., jacks, tools, caution signs, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, etc.).
    • Monitor and ensure the timely renewal, distribution, and accurate filing of all vehicle documents (e.g., insurance, roadworthiness, vehicle licenses).
    • Oversee the review and validation of vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring payments are processed within agreed SLAs.
    • Support the initiation and processing of vehicle-related requests on the ERP system for management approval.
    • Coordinate and facilitate monthly driver knowledge-sharing sessions to promote safe and efficient driving practices.
    • Monitor the functionality of tracking devices and engage vendors promptly when maintenance or repairs are required.
    • Support and participate in periodic vehicle audits to ensure compliance with standards and safeguard asset integrity.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ post-NYSC experience in a similar role.
    • Proficient in computer applications; familiarity with fleet management software and telematics systems.
    • Strong knowledge of vehicle operations, regulations, and safety standards.
    • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
    • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
    • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and resolve issues effectively.
    • Fleet-related certifications or professional trainings are an added advantage.

    Performance Manager

    Role Accountabilities

    • Manage Performance Cycle of the organization
    • Build capability across business to enable compliance and correct execution of Performance Management tasks 
    • Create awareness and build understanding of the principles of “Continuous Performance Management” 
    • Support HRBPs and Line Managers to execute Talent 
    • Review Meetings across Operating businesses 
    • Ensure quality development plans are in place for all High Potential Employees and successors to Critical Roles 
    • Collaborate with HR Project team to co-own all accelerated development program Review Talent & Career management policies and guidelines 
    • Review Talent & Career Management initiatives 
    • Regular monitoring of the career management process in the Group 
    • Research and implement best practice in Talent & Career management across the Group 
    • Develop & manage a healthy talent pool across the Group 
    • Advise MDs of all the operating companies on Talent & Career matters 
    • Manage mentoring process of key talents 
    • Coordinate annual talent review sessions and translate into development plans 
    • Hold career discussions for key talents across the Group 
    • Implement succession planning peculiar to each operating company in the Group 
    • Present periodic reports on Talent & Career management to the Board of Directors 

    Requirements

    • 7 years of Cognate experience, 4 of which should in Talent Management or Performance Management 
    • Relevant professional HR Certification would be an added advantage Excellent communication and counselling skills with demonstrated ability to share knowledge
    • Good presentation and interpersonal skills 
    • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills 
    • Knowledge of people management and vendor management

    IT Operations Specialist

    Accountabilities

    • Act as the primary authority on essential business applications, offering comprehensive technical and operational assistance.
    • Identify and outline business processes to guarantee that operational requirements align with system functionalities.
    • Administer and maintain Oracle and other relational databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in application support or similar roles, with a proven track record in digital transformation and operational efficiency.
    • Expertise in scripting (e.g., Linux shell, SQL) and database management.
    • Hands-on experience with business-critical applications and operational workflows in complex environments.
    • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong proficiency in Oracle databases, Linux systems, and tools like MobaXterm, PLSQL Developer, and Redis.
    • Advanced troubleshooting skills, with the ability to perform in-depth root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
