    Anti-Fraud Officer

    Job Overview

    • We are currently seeking Fraud Investigations Analysts to assist our Risk Control in providing a professional investigating, monitoring, detection and recovery service to protect the company from losses due to fraudulent applications, internal fraud and other risk events across the Group.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased and timely investigations into allegations of fraud, waste or abuse committed by clients against our company
    • Monitoring fraud alerts and review fraud cases, investigate possible matches and minimize losses by taking appropriate action when ‘hits’ are identified.
    • Proactively monitor and review any activities, transactions and data suspected for possible fraud across all payment channels by utilizing appropriate analytical techniques.
    • As needed, contact customers regarding the status of their payments or supporting evidence while providing excellent customer support
    • Providing support to the Operational, Compliance and Business units of the organization on fraud related matters

    Job Requirements

    • Qualification relating to fraud, investigations or regulatory compliance is highly desirable
    • Should possess knowledge of fraud prevention/detection techniques, and Fraud Management.
    • 3 years (or more) of experience in an analytical, operations, or finance role. Experience at a payments, finance, fin-tech, or technology company a plus.
    • Team player and collaborates with others constructively and positively. Able to communicate and collaborate with global colleagues in a timely manner.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
    • Proficient in the use of social media, (Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

    Technical Support Engineer

    Job Desscription

    • Data analysis of payment channel and problem analysis
    • Deal with and respond to business problems, cooperate with customer service team to solve problem
    • Collect requirements, collect suggestions and optimize products;
    • Coordinating and promote the problem solving of each department, and optimize the work flow of each department;
    • Following up channel problems and contact channel supplier to locate and solve problems;
    • Timely respond to Shenzhen team issues and report the progress of problems;
    • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
    • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
    • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
    • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
    • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
    • Prepare accurate and timely reports
    • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
    • Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.

    Job Qualification

    • Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Computer Science
    • 5 - 10 years working experience, can understand code and analysis log
    • Good logical thinking ability and self-study ability
    • Positive and responsible working attitude, good communication ability and coordination ability;
    • Be able to respond and cooperate with all departments in time
    • Be able to work overtime on holidays.

    Payment Channel Manager

    Job Description

    • As we work to scale to become Africa’s #1 payments brand, we are looking for a Payment Channel Manager who can help us expand payment channels with core focus in banking, switching companies, settlement companies, payment service provider, and others.
    • An ideal candidate must have comprehensive understanding of e-wallet and payment business, great understanding of agency banking and merchant scenarios.
    • You must be focused on the details, process driven, a strong communicator and able t handle work pressure in a fast-paced work environment.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Expand payment channels including but not only focusing on banking, switching company, settlement company, payment service provider, etc.
    • Work closely with internal settlement, products, operation and compliance teams to fully understand payment channel requirements.
    • Develop and adjust business development plans of connecting payment channels based on different sets of strategic priorities.
    • Ensure payment channels has stable connection with our system and provide quick response to any channel related issues.   
    • Work closely with operation teams to suggest and recommend new initiatives that could improve customers experience with the usage of our mobile application and payment system.
    • Prepare competitor’s product comparative analysis, identifying areas for improvement of our company’s product and channel capabilities.

    Job Requirements

    • At least Bachelor's Degree in relevant courses.
    • At least three years proven experience in in similar position at payment companies or Fintech and/or relationship manager ideally focused on the payment segment working with key stakeholder. This is a prerequisite.
    • Comprehensive understanding of e-wallet and payment business, great understanding of agency banking and merchant scenarios.
    • Extremely flexible, result oriented, hardworking with a strong track record of success.
    • Good at drafting business/product/service proposal, delivering presentation, negotiating commercials and driving the conversation on the right track.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed channel target.
    • Able to analyse data and channel statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions.
