    Head of Credit Application Review

    About The Role

    • The Head of Credit Application Review will lead the credit administration function, ensuring accurate loan booking, complete documentation, and strict compliance with credit policy and regulatory requirements. Provide an independent review of exposures to enforce discipline and minimise legal/operational risks.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Oversee loan documentation, disbursement, and collateral management.
    • Verify compliance of all facilities with approved terms, policies, and regulations.
    • Ensure accurate capture of credit facilities in core systems.
    • Manage perfection, custody, and renewal of collateral/security instruments.
    • Conduct independent reviews to identify gaps, exceptions, and policy breaches.
    • Ensure compliance with CBN guidelines, IFRS 9, and audit/regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare reports/dashboards for management on credit administration discipline.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a strong credit administration & review team.

    key performance indicators (KPIs)

    • Accuracy & timeliness of loan documentation and booking.
    • % of perfected collateral/security.
    • Reduced documentation exceptions & breaches.
    • Zero audit/regulatory infractions.
    • Timely, high-quality review reports.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
    • Professional certification (ACIB, ACCA, CFA, FRM) is an advantage.
    • 10+ years’ credit administration/review experience (banking/fintech), with 3+ years in leadership.
    • Strong credit policy knowledge, regulatory expertise, and operational discipline

    Motion Designer

    What You’ll Do

    • Design and prototype motion interactions for web and mobile, creating seamless, engaging, and intuitive experiences.
    • Collaborate with product designers, developers, illustrators, and marketing teams to integrate motion across product features, onboarding flows, and brand campaigns.
    • Define and maintain motion principles and guidelines within the design system for consistency and scalability.
    • Create high-fidelity animations using After Effects, Principle, Figma, or Framer, ensuring polished execution.
    • Partner with engineers to ensure smooth handoff, technical feasibility, and optimal implementation.
    • Iterate on animations based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance insights to refine the experience.
    • Stay ahead of motion trends, interaction patterns, and fintech best practices to drive innovation.

    What You Need To Succeed

    • Strong experience in interactive motion work, micro-interactions, and UI animations.
    • Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Figma, Framer, Principle, Lottie, Rive, and CSS animations.
    • Solid understanding of timing, easing, and physics in animation to create smooth, natural interactions.
    • Ability to work within a design system and contribute to scalable motion guidelines.
    • Experience collaborating with product designers, engineers, illustrators, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with prototyping tools and methods to communicate motion intent effectively.
    • Knowledge of accessibility considerations in motion design, ensuring inclusive experiences.
    • Ability to balance aesthetics with performance and usability considerations.

    Data Engineer

    What you will get to do

    • Build and maintain robust data pipelines processing large volumes of data
    • Update and optimise our data platform for speed, scalability and cost
    • Coordinate with different functional teams to understand and meet their data needs
    • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy

    To succeed in this role, you should have
