Job Mission: 

• As a section In Charge relate with the Production and Quality Assurance department, resolving technical issues & Customer care service.
• Strong knowledge on compression molding and injection molding process. Strictly adherent to process and maintenance standards of machine.
• Maintain Audit requirements, statutory & regulatory standards requirement by MNC’S and supplier audits.

Principal Responsibility: 

• Execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, maintenance & continuous improvement programs, Skills development & training to bottom line subordinate.
• Strict compliance to maintenance functions, including preventive, predictive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all equipment and Utility.    
• Spare parts inventory control & management. Input / output ratio Raw material & packing material.
• Attend customer complaint, new product trail at customer end.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills with Good knowledge on tools like TPM, 5S, Kaizen.
• In depth Knowledge in Preparing & Implementing Preventive Maintenance Schedules for Improving Overall Efficiency, Reliability and Safety of Plant Equipment, Machineries & Utilities with OEM guidelines & to plant environment conditions.

Educational Qualifications: 

• Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical/B.Sc/PGDPPT

Knowledge and Experience: 

• Over 8 years of experience working hands on experience on SACMI compression molding, FSM, PMV. Utilities, auxiliary and ancillary equipment.
• Knowledge on compression molding and injection molding. PE, PP, HDPE material processing
• Strong Knowledge and experience in attending Machine process, troubleshooting and customer complaints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
• Proven experience (3-4years) in marketing communications, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Previous experience in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry is a plus.
