Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial data
• Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs
• Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc

• Monitor sales and expenses
• Give opening and closing stock for kitchen so as to monitor wastages
• Provide cost of sales so as to control cost and minimize cost of sales
• Manage journal entries, invoices etc. and reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing
• Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts
• Participate in preparation for the annual audit
• Help in development of reports for management or regulatory bodies
• Review the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances
• Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records
• Control wastages in kitchen
• Provide menu cost and portioning standard

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective supply chain and movement of riders and drivers
• Plan and coordinate the drivers and dispatch movement to ensure that cost ( fueling) is being minimized
• Set a budget/ database for repairs and fueling
• Manage schedules for deliveries to minimize disruption to restaurant operations
• Supervise and train all logistics staff( dispatch riders and drivers)
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

• Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders.
• Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies.
