    Medical Key Account Agent (Sales) - Abuja

    Job Description

    • The Key Account Agent will be responsible for driving the growth of LifeBank's products and services by engaging with potential clients in hospitals, healthcare institutions, and relevant sectors.
    • The Sales Agent’s primary responsibility is to identify, acquire, and build long-term relationships with customers, while also meeting individual and team sales targets.
    • The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, target-driven individual with a passion for healthcare and a strong ability to communicate LifeBank's services effectively to potential clients.

    Responsibilities
    Customer Acquisition & Account Management:

    • Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored LifeBank solutions that address their specific challenges in blood, oxygen, Equipment and Consumables Supply.
    • Close sales by negotiating terms and conditions, ensuring mutual agreement on service delivery and pricing.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

    Sales Targets & Performance Tracking:

    • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals by driving revenue growth.
    • Monitor and report on sales activities, including lead conversion, meetings held, and deals closed, in alignment with sales objectives.
    • Utilize the CRM system to track prospects, opportunities, and sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting.

    Customer Health Management & Retention:

    • Ensure smooth communication between clients and LifeBank’s operations team, addressing any issues or concerns regarding service delivery.
    • Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive continuous support and satisfaction with LifeBank’s services.
    • Coordinate with the operations team to resolve any client issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

    Requirements

    • Education and Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or B2B sales (experience in selling services to hospitals or healthcare providers is a plus).
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.

    Skills and Competence:

    • Ability to present and sell LifeBank's products clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
    • Comfortable negotiating terms and closing deals in a competitive market.
    • Strong focus on meeting customer needs and providing exceptional service.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
    • Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

    Fulfillment Officer

    Job Description

    • The Fulfillment Officer is directly involved with carrying out orders and fulfilling them within the shortest time possible.
    • The role would also manage Medical dispatch riders, take inventory, management of company assets and vendor management.

    Responsiiblities

    • Responsible for the welfare of MDRs.
    • Ensure routine and major maintenance of all LifeBank’s assets.
    • Reconciliation of funds and updating relevant sheets with finance and Ops.
    • Oversee the office management.
    • Responsible for collecting and reconciling invoices and paying money into the bank daily.
    • Responsible for signing and managing all LifeBank vendors in their city.
    • Carry out routine cylinder tracking.
    • Manage StockBank inventory and StockBank order packaging.
    • Other administrative duties as assigned.
    • Manage supplier relationships in their cities/regions under the supervision of the Operations Lead.
    • Monitor riders' compliance with SOPs.
    • Submit weekly reports.
    • Report all operational challenges on a weekly basis.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 2+ years in logistics, fulfillment or a similar role.

    • Meeting regularly with clients to discuss progress on projects, offer feedback, and resolve any issues

    Dispatch Rider

    Requirements

    • 1 - 2 years of experience as a dispatch rider
    • Rider's permit
    • Knowledge of Google Maps and specialised Apps is a plus
