We're looking for an experienced Contracts Professional with 12–13 years of experience in Contract Management, Contract Administration, Techno-Commercial Evaluation, Negotiation, and Project Contracts within Petrochemical, Fertilizer, EPC, Refinery, or Civil Engineering industries.

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, review, negotiation & administration
• Handle Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Major/Minor Capex project contracts
• Lead contract negotiations with vendors, contractors & service providers
• Drive contractual compliance, risk mitigation & claims management
• Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Legal & Finance teams
• Ensure successful execution of contracts while meeting quality, cost & timeline objectives

Qualification:

• B.E./B. Tech (Mechanical/Civil)
• MBA / PGDM preferred

Key Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 7-10 Years of Experience in Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power Plant, or Continuous Process Industries
• Expertise in HV/LV Electrical Systems, Substations, Transformers, Switchgear & Motors
• Hands-on experience in Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Commissioning & Turnaround Activities
• Knowledge of Numerical Relays, VFDs, UPS, Battery Systems & Protection Schemes
• Familiarity with ETAP, Short Circuit Studies, ERP/SAP Systems & Safety Standards
