    • We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow strategic client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector.

    Requirements:

    • BSc/BTech in Engineering or Business Administration
    • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience (Oil & Gas preferred)
    • Experience with Rotating Equipment, Valves & Actuators, Gas Detectors, or Filtration Systems is a plus
    • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
    • Willingness to travel nationwide

    Technical Sales Manager โ€“ Wireline

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to drive business development, sales performance, and customer satisfaction across our clients' businesses.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead business development initiatives for Wireline services
    • Drive sales performance and revenue growth
    • Ensure adherence to company QHSE standards

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Electrical, or related field)
    • MBA or relevant sales certification is a plus
    • Minimum 10 years' experience in technical sales or operations in the oil & gas industry, with a focus on Wireline services
    • Proven track record in generating new business, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets
    • Strong knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
    • Proficient in computer applications, time management, and organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure with minimal supervision
