    Finance – Auditor I

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance – Auditor I to support internal audit activities by ensuring compliance with established controls, reviewing financial records, and identifying opportunities to strengthen internal processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Examine financial records, reports, and operating procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
    • Verify assets and liabilities through documentation review.
    • Prepare audit working papers, document audit findings, and support audit reporting.
    • Assess the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
    • Assist in reviewing company processes, operations, and financial records.
    • Collect, analyze, and summarize audit findings for management.
    • Support compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements

    Project Coordinator III

    • We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator III to support geophysical vendor field operations and ensure the successful coordination of project activities. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate office activities in support of geophysical vendor field operations.
    • Support the planning and coordination of internal and external project/proposal meetings.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, maintain action logs, and follow up on action items to ensure timely closure.
    • Produce weekly and monthly project reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), project status reports, and project close-out reports.
    • Assist the Project Manager with project cost and schedule control in collaboration with the Project Controls Lead.
    • Coordinate the submission of invoices and timesheets to clients.
    • Review invoices from subcontractors and suppliers and coordinate payments with the Finance & Accounts team.
    • Coordinate project document management, including document submissions, transmittals, and record retention with the Document Control Lead.
    • Coordinate the issuance of subcontracts and purchase orders as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
    • Proven experience in project coordination or technical roles on large Design & Build projects.
    • Strong understanding of project management processes; PMP certification is an added advantage.
    • Experience working with general contractors and design subcontractors.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High level of integrity with the ability to build trust and accountability within cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern communication tools.
    • Physically fit and able to comply with all project health, safety, offshore, vendor, and country-specific requirements where applicable.
    • All required certifications must remain valid for the anticipated project duration.

    Procurement Officer

    • We are seeking a Procurement Officer to join our Operations team and support project execution through effective sourcing, vendor management, procurement coordination, and tender support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for projects.
    • Research, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
    • Prepare quotations, procurement documents, and maintain accurate transaction records.
    • Track orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely execution.
    • Monitor vendor performance and support supplier evaluation processes.
    • Coordinate materials movement, shipping, and logistics activities.
    • Support manpower and inspection activities, including sourcing inspectors, tracking documentation, and coordinating reports/invoices.
    • Support tender and bid activities by identifying opportunities, maintaining bid logs, and preparing EOI/tender submissions.
    • Conduct market research to support pricing decisions and identify procurement risks.
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable institution.
    • 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related role.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Business Development Support (NYSC)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities.
    • Conduct market research and generate potential leads.
    • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business development documents.
    • Support tender and procurement documentation processes.
    • Maintain client and opportunity databases.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to support timely execution of business development activities.
    • Provide administrative support for procurement and commercial operations.

    Requirements

    • Must be currently serving in the NYSC programme and without a PPA.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) from a reputable institution.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
    • Interest in business development, procurement, or supply chain management is an added advantage.
