Position Summary

• As a Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for recovery operations within an assigned city - ensuring timely repossession of vehicles, maintaining control protocols, and leading a team of recovery agents with discipline, fairness, and agility.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with field agents to track, locate, and secure assets flagged for recovery.
• Execute recovery tasks in full compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and local regulations.
• Ensure recovered vehicles are securely returned, documented, and inspected upon receipt.
• Maintain accurate and real-time logs of all recovery attempts, customer interactions, and asset handovers.
• Complete recovery forms, checklists, and incident reports in a timely and complete manner.
• Report daily activity and progress to the Recovery Lead.
• Support community-level negotiations or interventions with customers, guarantors, or law enforcement, as directed.
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues, agents, and external partners engaged in recovery.
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk recovery cases to the Recovery Lead with complete documentation and incident logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Proven experience 1-2 years in field operations
• Good understanding of logistics and fleet management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with drivers and customers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Position Summary

• As a Training and Onboarding Officer, you will be responsible for effectively managing the deployment and onboarding process for new leads.

Roles and Responsibilities

• ​Engage leads for deployment and training.
• Conduct and take riding test scores.
• Deployment of leads on the Gamma Mobility dashboard.
• Deployment of leads on partner(s) platform.
• Register new riders and verify their information, ensuring it aligns with Gamma standards.
• Guide riders through the onboarding process and familiarise them with tools for success.
• Promote the Gamma brand and inspire enthusiasm among drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 1-3 years experience in onboarding, training, customer success, or field operations, ideally in fintech, mobility, or logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with drivers and customers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with ride-hailing platforms and the ability to train customers on platform-specific requirements.
