    Patient Care Concierge

    Description

    • Flawless Skin By Abby Medspa is seeking a Patient Care Concierge to join our team. As the foremost skincare and aesthetics clinic in Nigeria, we are dedicated to ensuring our clients have a world-class experience. As our Patient Care Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting and attending to clients, scheduling appointments and conducting consultations to help them achieve their desired results. You will be the face of the company and provide VIP treatment to our clients to ensure they have a memorable experience.     Responsibilities

    • Greet clients warmly and attend to their needs
    • Schedule appointments and manage patient files accurately
    • Conduct phone consultations to screen and schedule clients
    • Assist with esthetician responsibilities including the setup and breakdown of treatment rooms
    • Handle transactions including invoicing, billing, and insurance information

    Requirements

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and more. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team, providing guidance and support as we continue to grow and expand our business.
    • As the ideal candidate, you should have a deep understanding of HR best practices and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and be able to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. You must also collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate effective HR processes and contributes to creating a positive and productive work environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives
    • Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
    • Oversee employee relations, including investigating and resolving disciplinary issues, complaints, and conflicts
