    Technical Field Support- Lubricant

    • To provide robust field technical support to the Eterna and Castrol lubricant sales team and customers, ensuring product performance optimization, troubleshooting support, application guidance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • The role will interface closely with lubricant sales teams and end users to strengthen technical credibility, resolve performance issues, and support sustainable account growth.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years' lubricants sales experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related field.
    • Proven experience in lubricant sales is mandatory.
    • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Field technical exposure will be an added advantage

    Senior Sales Manager - Lubricant

    To drive sales growth across Eterna and Castrol automotive lubricants, trade channels, chemical products, and energy lubrication solutions by expanding distribution coverage, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing market penetration across targeted sectors.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience within the lubricants, chemicals, energy, or related industrial sectors.
    • Demonstrated hands-on experience within the functional area applied for • Proven track record of delivering commercial growth, operational efficiency, and measurable performance outcomes
    • Strong leadership capability, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management expertise

    Key Responsibilities

    • Executing sales strategies across assigned segments and territories eterna
    • Expanding and optimizing route-to- market coverage
    • Managing distributor performance and channel development
    • Developing and growing key accounts within industrial and energy markets
    • Delivering volume, revenue, and margin targets
    • Ensuring disciplined field execution and market visibility

    The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate strategic RTM plans into measurable results, strengthen competitive positioning, and deliver consistent sales performance across assigned portfolios.
