Technical Field Support- Lubricant

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
- To provide robust field technical support to the Eterna and Castrol lubricant sales team and customers, ensuring product performance optimization, troubleshooting support, application guidance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- The role will interface closely with lubricant sales teams and end users to strengthen technical credibility, resolve performance issues, and support sustainable account growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' lubricants sales experience.
- Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related field.
- Proven experience in lubricant sales is mandatory.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Field technical exposure will be an added advantage
