    Corporate Driver

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for operating Light Motor Vehicles in a safe and effective manner.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Operate all assigned vehicle in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
    • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks of vehicle
    • Conduct pre-operational checks on vehicle and clean, lubricate and refill equipment as scheduled and/or required.
    • Ensure routine maintenance of LMVs
    • Recommend any requirements for maintenance or repairs to the Coordinator.
    • Practice workplace safety.
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned officer from time to time.

    Requirements

    • Primary School Certificate, a valid Class E Driving License + minimum of 10 years Corporate Driving Experience.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Good knowledge of light motor vehicles
    • Good communication skills.
    • Good understanding of road safety rules and signs
    • Baseline problem analysis and solving skills.
    • Creativity and an ability to think out of the box.

    Job Summary

    • Manage and retain accurate employee data and records on management system.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure employee records are captured accurately and timely.
    • Ensure changes (e.g. promotions, exits, raises) are updated on the management system.
    • Creating new employee numbers and updating records to payroll for capturing and payment processing.
    • Compilation of relevant reports and data.

    Requirements
    Education and Work Experience:

    Description-Blasting Helper / Explosive handler

    Job Summary

    • Assisting in Explosives and accessories handling from the magazines to the Mines blasting area and carrying out any other assigned manual jobs.
    • Explosive and accessories handling from the magazines to the blasting face
    • Unplugging of drilled holes in preparation for hole charging.
    • Handling of stemming rods
    • Handling of explosive cartons from the magazine to the conveying trucks and from the conveying trucks to the mines blasting face.
    • Distribution of explosives to the respective drilled holes in preparation for charging under supervision of explosive responsible person (Mining Engineer in charge).
    • Stemming of all charged holes.
    • Handling of warning flags in assigned locations within the blasting operation area.
    • Disposition and burning of empty cartons of explosives at designated places under the supervision of explosives responsible person.
    • Carry out other duties as may be assigned by the explosive responsible person (Mining Engineer in charge)

    Requirements

    • WASC/SSCE/GCE/NABTEP/NECO & Blasting Certificate
    • 16 Years Working Experience
    • Ond & Blasting Certificate
    • 5 Years Working Experience
    • Good communication skill
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • A good Team Player and ability to learn
    • Must be dedicated and accountable
