    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to oversee and ensure the protection of personnel, property, and assets within our organization.     CMMS Coordinator (Computerized Maintenance Management System Coordinator)

    Reports To: Maintenance Manager / Head of Engineering

    Job Summary

    The CMMS Coordinator is responsible for the effective administration, accuracy, and continuous improvement of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The role ensures that all maintenance activities, asset data, work orders, reports, and documentation are accurately captured, monitored, and optimized to support efficient plant operations.
    The CMMS Coordinator must possess strong knowledge of asset data management principles, data analysis, and modern office technologies to ensure up‑to‑date asset registry, timely corrective actions, and compliance with maintenance standards.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    CMMS Administration & Data Management

    • Manage and maintain the CMMS database, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of equipment, spare parts, work orders, PM schedules, and asset history.
    • Coordinate the resolution of CMMS application/database issues in collaboration with IT and Maintenance teams.
    • Maintain the asset registry including asset classes, categories, hierarchy, and ensure proper coding standards.

    • Practical experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, Oracle EAM, MP2, Maximo, or similar is an advantage.

    • Experience supervising technicians or leading small maintenance teams is an added advantage.

      • Transmitters, sensors, switches, analyzers
