Executing the Operation & Maintenance, implementing the safety practices Electrical Elevator-Lift operations with all safety interlocks and to ensure the availability of Lifts all the time.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Excellent knowledge in Elevator -Lift operations and safety interlocks.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in malfunction & specialized knowledge and fixes those issues.
• Knowledge in study and selection of spare parts and specialized PCB cards.
• Excellent knowledge in adjustment of moving mechanic parts and alignment works.
• Knowledge in variety of tools and techniques used in lifts.
• Proper implementation of monthly maintenances & safety checks.
• Interface the PCB cards with computers to study the parameters if required.
• Added advantage of operation experience in Kone & Alimak Lifts.
• Follow-up for the lift safety certificates from the Authorities.
• Supervising or training project team members.
• Maintaining Elevator electrical equipment, panels, motors etc.
• Working with a variety of technicians.
• Knowledge in Electrical standards
• Following and implementing SOPs, SWPs and OJTs.
• Preparing, Following the ISO documents in systematic manner.

Requirements

• HND / BSc in Electrical Electronics Engineering – Certificate in Elevator maintenance / safety will be added qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment in Elevator Lift operations and maintenance.
• Excellent knowledge in Elevator -Lift operations and safety interlocks.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in malfunction & specialized knowledge and fixes those issues.
• Knowledge in study and selection of spare parts and specialized PCB cards.

Job Summary

Supervise the activities of assigned packing plant shift team to ensure plant operations are optimized and established targets for the plant are met.

Key Duties and Responsibilities ·

• Manage packing plant shift teams to ensure effective and efficient execution of packing plant activities and achievement of daily production targets.
• Act as shift in-charge for respective shift team.
• Assist with reviewing of ATCs for respective shift team and ensure Shift Manager Signs off in a timely manner.
• Assist in supervising the loading of cement into trucks during respective shift.
• Supervise the operation of packing plant equipment during respective shift.
• Liaise with maintenance engineers for the maintenance of packing plant machine and ensure prompt repairs are carried out when required.
• Enforce the use of personal protection equipment during respective shift to prevent accidents. ·
• Ensure effective on-the-job training of packing plant operators.
• Perform any other duty assigned by the Shift Manager.

Requirements

• National Diploma in relevant discipline + minimum of 20 years related job experience

Job Summary

Responsible for execution of maintenance activities on installed Control & Instrumentation systems of Gas Turbine based power plant and its balance of plant assigned areas.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of maintenance activities on installed Control & Instrumentation systems of Gas turbine based power plant and its balance of plant area. To do maintenance planning planned job executions and keeping proper maintenance records
• Execution of Instrumentation maintenance jobs, ensuring quality & timely completion.
• Execution of Preventive Maintenance jobs, ensuring as per time schedule.
• Strictly follow plant safety procedures while working, comply with guide lines as per ISO 14001 and OHS procedures in all activities.
• Ensure safe working with proper PPE.
• Ensure implementation of health, safety & environment procedures for plant & personal.
• Proper record keeping of all maintenance jobs done and updating of documents.
• To identify the spares requirements based.
• Ensure housekeeping of designated area.

Requirements

Academic / Professional Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of five (5) years in Gas Turbine based power plant relevant work experience.
• In-depth understanding of power plant systems and interactions among systems
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good networking and teaming skills.
• Good data gathering and analysis skills.
• Baseline problem analysis and solving skills.
• Creativity and an ability to think out of the box.
• Proficiency in the use of office productivity tools like Microsoft Office and SAP.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) to nine (9) years  of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment in large electrical machineries installation.
• Excellent knowledge of cement products and cement manufacturing processes.
• Expert knowledge of maintenance management methods, of predictive inspection tools and of CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System),
• Extensive knowledge electrical engineering and maintenance practices.
