Responsibilities

• Follow up on designs and develop infrastructure, projects, buildings, etc.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
• Identify and resolve technical problems that arise during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit reports, including project updates, technical reports, and financial reports.

Job Responsibilites

• Prepare documents, bills, and documents.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Quantity Surveying or any related course.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in construction management or any related field.
• Related Professional courses will be an added advantage.
