    Android Engineer

    Job Description

    An innovative Android Engineer passionate about advancing mobility to construct elegant, effective, and exceptional native mobile code, through self-motivation and collaboration.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategize by helping define product features alongside product management, UX design, and engineering to enable quality home health solutions.
    • Work in an agile atmosphere to drive the system architecture, implement, test and deploy the next generation of mobile features for Android applications.
    • Spearhead the best practices in progressive code design and reviews; identify and address performance bottlenecks; recommend changes and enhancements to existing code to extend the reach of existing applications, timely.
    • Contribute to a repository of highly reusable organization-focused artefacts such as libraries, demonstrations, documentation amongst many more  

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or related field)  
    • 4+ years of experience building complex native Android applications using MVP or MVVM Architecture design patterns that have been successfully delivered to customers.
    • 3+ years of involvement in publishing mobile applications for Google Play Store 
    • Proficient with Android SDK, Java, Kotlin, Android Studio and OO programming and design. 
    • Noteworthy experience utilizing RESTful APIs.   
    • Functional knowledge of the Android Material Design Guidelines. 
    • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
    • Ability to take a project feature from scoping requirements through actual launch of the feature.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills with emphasis on product performance, user experience and scalability. 
    • Ability to solve software problem or workflow and decompose a problem into clear software APIs and UX design actions.
    • Ability to communicate effectively between cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX & Back-end
    • Experience with third-party libraries/frameworks like Realm, Retrofit and Firebase is a plus

    Senior Network Engineer

    Job Description

    • Implement/Maintain/Troubleshoot various layers & network technologies including Routing, Switching, Security, Wireless controllers & Access Points, and cloud networks.
    • Design, configure, and deploy data center networks, enterprise networks, and campus networks to meet organizational requirements.
    • Develop and maintain network infrastructure standards and documentation.
    • Manage and maintain Cisco Nexus switches, Meraki MX, MR, Mellanox, and Ubiquiti network devices.
    • Utilize intermediate to expert skills in routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, MPBGP, IS-IS) to maintain and enhance network routing.
    • Understand and manage physical and virtual network technologies and how they interoperate.
    • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
    • Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
    • Analyze network traffic patterns and optimize network performance.
    • Design and implement network security solutions to protect against cyber threats.
    • Create and maintain detailed network diagrams, configuration documentation, and operational procedures.
    • Provide regular reports on network performance, incidents, and improvements.
    • Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services with other systems.
    • Provide advanced technical support and guidance to junior network engineers and other IT staff.
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve complex network issues.
    • Lead network-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • At least 5-7 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on data center, enterprise, and campus networks.
    • Extensive experience with Cisco Nexus switches, Meraki MX, MS, MR, Mellanox, Ubiquiti, and firewalls.
    • Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies.
    • Experience with network security best practices and technologies.
    • VPN: Good knowledge of SSL VPN, IPSEC, Remote Access VPN, GRE, IPSEC VPN, Client VPN
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
    • Available in a 24x7 on-call rotation  
    • Experience with network automation and scripting.
    • Knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid network environments.
    • Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
    • Experience in ITIL is a MUST

    MySQL Database Administrator

    Job Description

    We’re seeking an experienced MySQL Database Administrator to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in MySQL database management and a passion for building reliable, scalable data infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain high-performance database environments that support mission-critical applications.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer and support MySQL databases across development, test, and production environments
    • Optimize SQL queries and database performance for high-volume systems
    • Configure, monitor, and maintain MySQL replication, clustering, and HA solutions
    • Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to maintain cloud-native database systems (especially AWS)
    • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, including performance bottlenecks and data integrity problems
    • Perform backups, restoration, and disaster recovery planning
    • Monitor database health and operational metrics
    • Support version upgrades and ensure system compatibility
    • Contribute to database security, compliance, and process improvements

    Qualifications

    • Hands-on experience with HAProxy, ProxySQL, or MaxScale
    • Familiarity with AWS database services (Aurora, RDS, etc.)
    • Strong Linux/Unix administration skills
    • Experience with disaster recovery, data replication, and performance tuning
    • MS SQL experience is a plus
    • SaaS or cloud-based infrastructure experience is an advantage
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
