    Business Development Executive

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate will work with the Head, Business Development to grow and drive the wealth management business of ValuAlliance.
    • Candidate should possess experience in business development and relationship management skills targeting high net worth and institutional clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Focus on selling ValuAlliance wealth management services to high net worth individuals and
    • institutional clients by identifying potential clients, building client relationships and providing
    • high quality service.
    • Engage prospective clients with a view to identifying and understanding their needs and objectives and working with the investment team to provide recommendations suited to each client.
    • Provide high quality client engagement through scheduled client meetings and regular client interactions.
    • Act as liaison between the firm and clients; representing firm to clients and clients to firm.
    • Participate in internal investment review of clients’ investment portfolios.
    • Work with the Investment Operations team, to ensure timely delivery of periodic portfolio reports and statements to clients.
    • Regularly provide feedback to Investment team from interactions with potential & existing clients
    • Achieve asset and revenue targets.

    Requirements

    • 4 years experience in relationship management and sales experience within wealth management, private banking, trust, family office or financial planning industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to understand clients’ financial situations.
    • Good knowledge of financial markets
    • Strong relationship management skills.
    • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
    • Track record that demonstrates exceptional ability to grow revenue, assets and client base.
    • High achiever with entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Able to operate successfully in a team environment.
    • Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Strong commercial and results orientation.

    Growth Manager

    Your Responsibilities

    • Onboarding Realtors: You will identify, recruit, and onboard experienced individual realtors, realtor groups, and emerging realtors to sell the company’s properties.
    • Community Building: You will build and nurture a strong, motivated community of realtors who are passionate about selling our properties.
    • Training & Development: You will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to onboarded realtors, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for success.

    Investment Manager

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Manager to lead our efforts in sourcing and securing investments to drive our real estate and development projects.
    • The Investment Manager will be key in attracting financial partners to fund key initiatives, such as title sponsorships for landed properties and investments in construction and development projects.
    • The ideal candidate has experience in investment management, strong networking skills, and a track record of successful fundraising in the real estate, finance, or construction industries.

    Responsibilities
    Investment Sourcing and Relationship Management:

    • Identify and Manage relationships with potential investors, venture capitalists, HNIs and financial institutions.
    • Manage and Maintain a network of investors interested in real estate and land development projects.

    Fundraising for Strategic Projects:

    Investment Strategy and Market Research:

    Due Diligence and Contract Negotiation:

    • Perform due diligence on potential investors and ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Negotiate investment terms, structuring deals that support project funding requirements and align with the company’s long-term strategy.

    Portfolio and Relationship Management:

    • Manage relationships with current investors, providing regular updates on project progress and fostering future investment opportunities.

    Collaboration with Development Teams:

    • Work closely with the development and project teams to align on funding timelines, project milestones, and deliverables, ensuring financial resources are secured as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience in investment management, real estate finance, or fundraising, ideally with a focus on construction or property development.
    • Proven success in securing investments for large-scale projects, with a strong network of industry contacts.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to develop detailed investment proposals, financial models, and presentations.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis and due diligence.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
    • Has an already existent portfolio for Investors, HNIs, etc.
