    Manager, Internal Control

    Job Summary:

    • The Manager, Internal Control is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and strengthening the company’s internal control systems to ensure effective operations, reliable financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and safeguarding of assets.
    • This role supports control effectiveness across projects, inventory, procurement, sales, collections, and distributed operational assets.

    Key Responsibilities

    You’ll focus on:

    Internal Control Implementation & Monitoring

    • Implementing and maintaining internal control policies, procedures, and standard operating manuals.
    • Monitoring the effectiveness of controls across key business processes.
    • Conducting periodic control reviews and walkthroughs to identify gaps and weaknesses.
    • Tracking and following up on remediation of control issues.
    • Performing process-level risk assessments across operations and support functions.
    • Designing and executing internal control testing plans.
    • Documenting control processes, risks, and mitigating controls.
    • Recommending improvements to strengthen control effectiveness.
    • Reviewing controls over procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, and fixed assets.
    • Monitoring and supporting controls around revenue, billing, collections, and cash handling, project execution, capex, and asset deployment.

    Audit & Compliance Support

    • Supporting internal audits and coordinating external audit activities relating to controls.
    • Preparing control-related documentation and evidence for auditors.
    • Tracking audit findings and ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
    • Supporting compliance with regulatory, contractual, and investor requirements.

    Fraud Prevention & Investigation

    • Supporting fraud prevention, detection, and investigation initiatives.
    • Monitoring adherence to anti-fraud controls and company policies.
    • Investigating suspected control breaches and escalating findings appropriately.
    • Supporting implementation and optimization of ERP and financial systems.
    • Reviewing system access controls, user rights, and data integrity.
    • Identifying opportunities to automate or strengthen controls.
    • Driving continuous improvement in control efficiency and effectiveness.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

    • Working closely with Finance, Operations, Projects, Sales, Procurement, and People & Culture teams.
    • Providing training and awareness on internal control requirements.
    • Preparing periodic internal control reports for management.
    • Acting as a control advisory partner to functional teams.
    • Any other tasks assigned by your line manager.

    REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

    You'll be a good fit for this role if you have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CISA, CIA) is an advantage.
    • 5–8 years of experience in internal control, audit, risk, or compliance roles.
    • Experience in renewable energy, power, utilities, construction, or project-based organizations is an advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of internal control principles and audit methodologies.

    Manager, Warehouse and Logistics

    Job Summary:

    • The Manager, Warehouse and Logistics is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all warehouse operations and logistics activities to ensure efficient receipt, storage, dispatch, and delivery of goods.
    • The role ensures optimal inventory control, timely distribution, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards, supporting seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

    You’ll focus on:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials and products.
    • Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
    • Monitor external affairs or events affecting the supply chain and business operations.
    • Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
    • Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost, quality, and warranty claim.
    • Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
    • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms including letter of credits, Bill for collection with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
    • Build and/or improve credit terms with vendors and /or export credit agencies.
    • Proven track record of providing financial leadership and aligning business and finance strategy to deliver profitable growth.
    • Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
    • Develop and constantly update the approved vendor list (AVL) assessing performance and ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
    • Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, materials requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
    • Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow.
    • Coordination of logistics arrangements for delivery of materials and equipment to customers and clients.
    • Implement transportation changes to reduce environmental impact.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify new suppliers.
    • Develop or implement procedures or systems to evaluate or select suppliers.
    • Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
    • Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.
    • Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.
    • Design or implement plant warehousing strategies for production materials or finished products.
    • Appraise vendor manufacturing and warranty fulfillment ability through on-site visits and measurements.
    • Diagram supply chain models to help facilitate discussions with customers.
    • Doing everything else as assigned by your line manager.
    • Act as an executive sponsor for key customer and partner relationships.

    REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

    You'll be a good fit for this role if you have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
    • 5–8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
    • Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, FMCG, construction, or industrial
    • operations is an advantage.
    • Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers.
    • Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics systems
