What you'll be doing:

• Basic Account Management

• Day to day liaising with clients (at brand as well as agency level)

• Capturing and loading new client bookings

• Training clients on Twitter best practices

• Assist in setup of Twitter campaigns & Sharing creative specs

• Optimize campaigns & share recommendations

• Monthly campaign reporting

• Manage a Sales Pipeline

• Build proposals & answer client briefs

• On-boarding new clients

• Achieve quarterly targets as set out by the Sales Director.

Requirements

The role comprises of the following responsibilities:

• Drive and grow existing account revenues
• Achieve quarterly sales targets
• Provide day to day support to your portfolio of clients
• Manage and build client direct and agency relationships
• Report on campaign performance
• Ensure your clients are kept up to date on any new product offerings and are educated on Twitter's capabilities
• Liaising with your Account Managers and Brand Strategists for day to day support
• Prepare and present proposals
• Fulfil all role functionalities associated with sales and account management
• Daily pipeline management and other related admin
