    Supply Chain Analyst

     Job Summary
    The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for creating and executing supply chain operational plans and strategies. You will be involved in the development and execution of supply chain initiatives, including demand planning and inventory management, thus ensuring meeting our business objectives.
    Job Description

    • Collate and analyze supply chain data
    • Manage the entire supply chain operations within the warehouse
    • Conduct needs assessment and training to supply chain teams
    • Perform inventory analysis and prepare inventory reports
    • Identify new supply chain opportunities and keep abreast of supply chain trends
    • Analyze supply chain risks and develop strategies to resolve the issues
    • Assists the business units in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives

    Job Experience

    Warehouse Accountant

     Job Summary
    The Warehouse Accountant will play a key role within the accounting and finance team and responsibilities will include completing the divisional monthly close, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, maintaining and improving processes including inventory management, billing and collections. He / She will work with the rest of the accounting team to ensure efficient and timely operations of the accounting function.
    Job Description

    • Prepare, review and analyze monthly financial statements for our warehouse facilities and related infrastructure and operations.
    • Supervises all reconciliation accountants and Leads
    • Lead the month-end close process including the initiation, preparation and processing of journal entries for those distribution center operations.
    • Collaborate with warehouse management and the finance team to ensure all parties have an accurate picture of the warehouse and divisional financial performance.
    • Creating quarterly forecasts and relevant KPIs. Provide insight and commentary for all major variances from these targets.
    • Provide financial guidance for all warehouse capital investments and related strategic justifications.
    • Develop and maintain inventory controls and procedures to maintain accurate cost data for all products, safeguard company assets and ensure integrity of financial statements.
    • Recommend process improvements to increase accuracy and timeliness of the accounting close and reporting process.
    • Develop bench strength by supervising, developing and monitoring direct report.
    • Serve as the primary divisional contact for external auditors and other third-party regulators as it relates to warehouse operations. Prepare year-end schedules for auditors.
    • Oversee billing and collections processes.
    • Assist on special projects as needed.

    Job Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years progressive corporate and/or public accounting experience.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent written, oral and analytical skills.
    • Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
    • Proven technical accounting skills.
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution company, and knowledge of the accounting function in this environment (including purchasing and inventory transaction, billing and accounts receivable management).
    • Demonstrated proficiency in both ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, as well as advanced Excel skills, including vlookup, pivot tables and filtering.
    • Ability to identify, analyze and communicate variances between actual results, budget and forecast.

    Commercial Finance Manager

    As a commercial finance manager, you will help Sabi evaluate financial information to assess our strengths and weaknesses, develop strategies to decrease costs, reduce waste and implement strategies to improve financial stability across the business.
    Job Description

    • Function as a business partner to functional bussiness units like Commercial, Fulfillment, etc.
    • Actively coordinate preparation of the annual business plan and drive aligned strategy execution.
    • Provide specialist financial and commercial advice to operational management, driving financial performance through commercially sound decision making and analysis.
    • Own the monthly reporting cycle, ensuring an accurate picture of business performance, drives, and risks and opportunities
    • Partner Sales & Marketing and business development team throughout all planning & reporting cycles
    • Business partnering with multiple stakeholders across the business to set strategic directions, discuss productivity improvements, evaluate decisions, and support the overall business function. Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
    • Helping stakeholders to understand their financial decisions and monitoring performance against their business targets.
    • Manage a team of financial analysts who develop financial and valuation models, materials, and recommendations by conducting comprehensive financial analyses and utilizing appropriate valuation methods executive decision-making
    • Performs other duties as directed.

    Job Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field of study . With relevant certifications (ACCA, ACA)
    • Minimum of 10 years Finance experience with a minimum of 6 years similar role or partnering with sales/commercial function.
    • Considerable industry exposure in FMCG, Distribution and E-commerce operations experience is a plus.
    • A sound understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting and commercial partnering.
    • Familiarity with data analysis, reporting and other Accounting software.
    • Excellent communication, organization, supervisory and leadership skills.
    • Excellent mathematical, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
    • Must exhibit the highest level of personal and professional reliability, honesty, integrity, and trust.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and policies.
