    Account Officer

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Preparation of stock count report of packing and raw materias in warehouses to determine the variance against system balances
    • Analysis of changes in product design to the management to determine effect on cost
    • Conducting physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program of spares in technical stores
    • Reconcilation of posted finished goods transfer note against actual production in facory to determine variance
    • Monthly health check of item categories with procurement

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2-4 years practical experience in the accounting unit of an FCMG mulltinational
    • Graduate in Accounting or other numeric  courses
    • Professional accounting qualification will be an advantage  
    • Proficiency in Microsoft excel and ERP will be an advantage

    Fleet Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for :

    • Overseeing the registration, renewal of vehicle particulars for company vehicles and the technical inspections of older vehicles slated for disposal.
    • Supervising the company's pool car and drivers, ensuring their efficient operation and compliance with safety regulations.
    • Supporting interaction with government agencies and parastals to obtain various business permits and licensees essential for company operations.
    • Collaborating with Federal and State Road Traffic Regulators to resolve regulatory issues and ensure compliance.

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant field.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Implementing and managing security monitoring tools & systems to detect and respond to security events in real time.
    • Carrying out threat analysis on the network, investigating incidents and fixing security problems.
    • Implementing comprehensive vulnerability management systems across all assets on-premises and in the cloud.
    • Conducting regular assessments of systems, networks and applications to identify vulnerabilities and potential risks.

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or its equivalent.
