    Customer Care Agent (Fresh Graduate)

    Job Summary

    • Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill a creative technical position as we hope to maintain our status as the leading broadband connectivity services provider in Nigeria.
    • We are looking for a dynamic retention specialist to help us retain our core customer base. In this role, you will deal directly with our customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, and how to retain their business.
    • To be successful as a retention specialist, you should have a persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales. Ultimately, a top-class retention specialist should be able to improve sales by creating lasting bonds with customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Taking all possible measures to timely resolve customers ’ issues and process them according to our established procedures and policies.
    • Responsible for responding to inbound and outbound calls, and technical queries related to VOIP, Internet, and Data services on different platforms such as LTE, WTTx, and Fibre, Wifi by using standard procedures.
    • Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to deal with incoming calls.
    • Ensure full compliance with all related software applications and a strong handling power to assist customers.
    • Logging all queries properly and escalating possible complaints to the concerned teams using effective tools.
    • Regularly attending training and coaching sessions is conducted.
    • Learning about the organization’s products or services and keeping up-to-date with any changes to them.
    • Suggesting alternatives and possibilities to resolve customers’ complaints on a priority basis.
    • Giving feedback and reporting customer issues/problems to the Supervisor to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and to raise management's awareness of current trends and demands.
    • Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
    • Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
    • Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
    • Assisting with processing online payments and ensuring customers get value.

    Requirements

    • Must have a 2:1(Upper Credit)bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
    • NYSC Fresh Graduate
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong conflict resolution skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software, such as CRM, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
    • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.

    Accountant

    Key Roles

    • To ensure that the company’s financial transactions are up to date and properly documented
    • To ensure the accuracy and integrity of the General ledger
    • To ensure that procedures according to laid down corporate financial policies are followed

    Key Accountabilities

    • To ensure that all financial transactions are input into the accounting system
    • Responsible for integrity of General ledger
    • Implementing procedures according to Corporate policies and procedures
    • Producing multi-dimensional reports for Management decision
    • Ensuring that all costs are properly tracked and that OPEX and CAPEX are within budget
    • Preparing and implementing budgets for the entire Company
    • Costing of the Company’s products, materials, and services
    • Demonstrating cost cutting initiatives aiming at providing best solution at lower cost
    • Developing and implementing effective controls framework and management systems to guide and support business operations
    • To strictly adhere to all financial policies and procedures
    • To reconcile Company’s Bank Accounts
    • To maintain Fixed Assets registers
    • To deal with all Tax matters
    • To assist with the preparation of the budget
    • To maintain and reconcile the general ledger
    • To issue cheques for suppliers due
    • Lead annual budgeting and support financial forecasting activities
    • Ensure timely compliance with FIRS, LIRS and other regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed
    • Maintain the fixed asset register and manage depreciation schedules
    • Review and improve internal accounting processes, policies and control.
    • To generate relevant financial reports that will aid management in taking key decisions
    • To reconcile all vendors’ accounts
    • To process vendors’ invoices
    • To reconcile Receivable Accounts
    • To attend to Customers account query and send manual invoices where necessary
    • To raise monthly journal-HQ and outlets
    • Carry out other duties as may be assigned by supervisors from time to time.

    Requirements/Qualification

    • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Honour(Upper Division) or HND - Upper Credit in Accounting, Finance or any related field from a reputable Nigerian or international institution.
    • Possession of a Master's degree and relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.

    Consumer Sales Officer

    Job Objective

    • Responsible for communicating with potential customers through the telephone, to develop an effective pipeline of new business and achieve or exceed sales targets.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for attending to outbound sales enquiry calls and online sales chat with prospective customers.
    • Aggressively make cold calls and sell to existing and prospective customers and the company's service solutions while achieving daily call targets.
    • Processing online orders promptly, setting reminders, and following up with generated leads to build a relationship with prospective customers.
    • Maintaining a good customer relationship with existing customers to enhance customer retention while managing churn customers to re-establish contact.
    • Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
    • Obtain new customers' information, payment, and process orders online promptly.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets in the area of subscribers and revenue consistently while converting prospective clients into long-term sales relationships and opportunities.
    • Apply the ideal and professional phone etiquette.
    • To carry out other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

    Requirements

    • The job holder must have a Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper) or HND- Upper Credit in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 2-4 years of work experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 1 year of work experience.

    Knowledge, Skill, and Competencies:

    • Pleasant and friendly mannerisms.
    • Basic computer knowledge- the person should be adept in using search tools, a browser, and also be familiar with email features and the CRM solution.
    • Excellent listening and communication skills (oral and written).
    • Good negotiation and persuasive skills to aggressively cold call, follow up, and close sales.
    • A proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, yet a team player.
    • Knowledge of Windows-based applications as well as various internet technologies.
    • A fast learner with the ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
    • Ability to adapt to change – meets the changing demands of the work environment.
    • A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette.
