    Business Development Manager (Healthcare)

    As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the general planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing of the organization’s services using all the available marketing communications and strategies.

    You will be managing existing pipelines of commercial opportunities while researching and validating new opportunities on a continuous basis. Your success in this position will primarily be measured on the achievement of quarterly revenue goals. Your performance will also be measured by how much you're able to efficiently develop and convert referrals from physician practices such that patient volume goals are accomplished per quarter.

    You will be at the front of the business development team and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with physicians, medical personnel, and clients.

    The position will suit an energetic, motivated self-starter with a passion for the health sector. It will require a positive and proactive attitude that thinks in terms of opportunities, not problems, and will be able to motivate the delivery of challenging targets.

    Note: In-depth knowledge and experience of the healthcare industry and its current events are a must-have.

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to negotiate and close deals
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
    • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision
    • Follow-up bills for prompt payment
    • Establishment of business relationships with hospitals (government and private hospitals)
    • Management of existing and new clients
    • Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with reference to pricing, presentation, and promotion.
    • Prepares in conjunction with the BDM weekly reports of marketing activities to the management.
    • Develop marketing plans and strategies for LUTHRAD at LUTH.
    • Diplomatic, tactful, discreet, flexible, resourceful, and dependable
    • All other tasks that may be given from time to time within the organization
    • Support marketing activities across all our centers if the need arises

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in diagnostics marketing

    Customer Finance & Mortgage Manager

    The job holder is responsible for ensuring disbursement of all mortgages within PMI and or FMBN systems. He/She is also expected to the coordinate the initiation of the disbursement of mortgages to interested subscribers of the business prtfolo.

    Responsibilites

    • Coordinate the disbursement of all outstanding mortgages within Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria and partner Private Mortgage Information system.
    • Ensure alignment of mortgage provision with the organization's strategic business objectives.
    • Profile offtakes to meet National Housing Fund /Private Mortgage Information criterion
    • Book mortgages for off-takers of all Alpha Mead Development Company product output across sites.
    • Develop and manage a bouquet of mortgage products and service offerings for company's customers.
    • Provide advisory to customers on best mortgage options and processes for accessing same.
    • Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation.
    • Manage the mortgage application processes for clients to deliver a high level customer experience.
    • Monitor customer repayments and providing up to date financial statements on customer transactions.
    • Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that all mortgage processing activities are completed on time
    • Interface with mortgage lenders, sales team, finance and other internal and external stakeholders adequately

    Qualifications

    • BSc. Finance or any other related discipline
    • MSc/MBA is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 5 years in a Primary Mortgage Institution with working knowledge of Nigeria Housing Fund disbursement or property development company
    • Coordinating Nigeria Housing Fund mortgage operations.
