As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the general planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing of the organization’s services using all the available marketing communications and strategies.
You will be managing existing pipelines of commercial opportunities while researching and validating new opportunities on a continuous basis. Your success in this position will primarily be measured on the achievement of quarterly revenue goals. Your performance will also be measured by how much you're able to efficiently develop and convert referrals from physician practices such that patient volume goals are accomplished per quarter.
You will be at the front of the business development team and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with physicians, medical personnel, and clients.
The position will suit an energetic, motivated self-starter with a passion for the health sector. It will require a positive and proactive attitude that thinks in terms of opportunities, not problems, and will be able to motivate the delivery of challenging targets.
Note: In-depth knowledge and experience of the healthcare industry and its current events are a must-have.
