    Business Development Manager (Healthcare)

    As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the general planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing of the organization’s services using all the available marketing communications and strategies.

    You will be managing existing pipelines of commercial opportunities while researching and validating new opportunities on a continuous basis. Your success in this position will primarily be measured on the achievement of quarterly revenue goals. Your performance will also be measured by how much you're able to efficiently develop and convert referrals from physician practices such that patient volume goals are accomplished per quarter.

    You will be at the front of the business development team and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with physicians, medical personnel, and clients.

    The position will suit an energetic, motivated self-starter with a passion for the health sector. It will require a positive and proactive attitude that thinks in terms of opportunities, not problems, and will be able to motivate the delivery of challenging targets.

    Note: In-depth knowledge and experience of the healthcare industry and its current events are a must-have.

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to negotiate and close deals
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
    • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task with minimal supervision
    • Follow-up bills for prompt payment
    • Establishment of business relationships with hospitals (government and private hospitals)
    • Management of existing and new clients
    • Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with reference to pricing, presentation, and promotion.
    • Prepares in conjunction with the BDM weekly reports of marketing activities to the management.
    • Develop marketing plans and strategies for LUTHRAD at LUTH.
    • Diplomatic, tactful, discreet, flexible, resourceful, and dependable
    • All other tasks that may be given from time to time within the organization
    • Support marketing activities across all our centers if the need arises

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in diagnostics marketing
