    Accountant Assistant

    • Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
    • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
    • Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay orders, payables, receivables, and purchase orders.
    • Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
    • Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
    • Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
    • Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
    • Create daily reports for management and team members.

    Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and time management skills 
    • BSc/HND in accounting
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (E.g., Excel)
    • Familiar with accounting invoicing software
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • A desire to learn and grow within the field of accounting

    Production Supervisor

    • Oversee the production unit and ensure optimal performance.
    • Planning the production schedule.
    • Work with the QA staff to ensure compliance with standard regulations. 
    • Ensure constant supply of production materials while ensuring proper resource management.
    • Implementing quality control standards.
    • Maintain inventory for dairy products and employ various order techniques.
    • Supervise efficient and hygienic acceptance of raw materials.
    • Supervise production line operation with high efficiency and labor control.
    • Observe and liaise to ensure that finished products meet all company specification.
    • Monitor machine efficiencies and identify ways to improve.
    • Responsible for silo management including standardization, stock, rotation, CIP and identification of milk for specific product usage.
    • Report any machinery malfunction to the maintenance engineer.

    Qualifications

    • BSc/HND in engineering and other technical related field.
    • A minimum of 1years working experience.
    • Experience in milk or yoghurt production is an added advantage.
    • HSE certification is an added advantage. 
    • Knowledge of ISO certification process will be an added advantage.
    • Proven experience in people management.

    • Strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
