    Business Development Associate

    Job Descritption

    • We are looking for an energetic business development associate to help drive our sales and grow the business.
    • To attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships.
    • Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.
    • You will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.
    • A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.

    Responsibilities

    • Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
    • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
    • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
    • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
    • Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
    • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
    • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
    • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
    • 0 - 4 years' relevant work experience in business development, sales or similar field preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
    • Strong organization and project management skills.
    • Friendly and personable demeanor.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
    • Must reside in Port Harcourt.

    Marketing Manager

    Job Description 

    • To oversee sales and marketing aspect of the day to day transactions, and process to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
    • Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
    • Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets.
    • Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
    • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
    • Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
    • Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management.
    • Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
    • Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
    • Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to objectives.
    • Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables.
    • Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally.
    • Participates in the recruitment process for the Sales & Marketing department, determining staffing levels for the department.
    • Provides recommendations on training and development, planning of subordinates.

    Requirements

    • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar.
    • 3 to 4 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development industry.
    • Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
    • Must reside in Port Harcourt.
    • Must be fluent in English.
    • The candidate must be willing to resume immediately.

    Customer Care

    Job Description

    • Greet clients to the office and communicate with them to determine their purpose for the visit.
    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
    • Meet personal/sales targets and call handling quotas.
    • Act as the company gatekeeper.
    • Go the extra mile to engage customers.
    • Respond to inquiries regarding available properties and property prices in different areas.
    • Schedule appointments between clients based on the availability and convenience.
    • Perform follow-up duties to ensure that all meetings are successfully carried out.
    • Assist clients in filling out client personal information forms and ensure that all such documents are confidentially filed.
    • Provide support in creating informational documents such as  flyers to attract new clients.
    • Provided support in clients and managing meetings by taking and recording minutes.

    Requirements

    • BA / B.Sc / HND or relevant qualification.
    • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
    • Applicant should be a female
    • Applicant must reside in port harcourt.
    • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Knowledge of MS Office programs is an advantage.
    • Must be willing to work on weekends (Saturdays).
