Job Description / Responsibilities

• Pick the helpers/partners that will partner with us.
• Bring the name to the office and list them in the designated areas.
• Meeting with his direct supervisor and or functional manager to submit and discuss the situation report.
• Transfer helpers names to the RM/Direct Supervisor.
• Weekly review of the progress report with his direct Supervisor, team members and or any other designated officer.
• Actively participating and contributing in Helpers and Team members meeting.

Qualifictions

• OND / NCE
• Minimum of 2 years working experience.

• Ability to read, weigh and understand environment and people.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Job Brief

• The ideal candidate must be technically and technologically inclined. He is to coordinate and supervise the activities of workers who manufacture furniture and fixtures made of wood or other materials.

Job Duties

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers.
• Work directly with the MD to create and develop trending designs
• Ensure that the workers adheres to design specifications
• Research on latest trends in the furniture and interior design industry.
• Create strategies to ensure that work schedules are met and coordinate day to day work activities .
• Solve work problems and recommend ways to improve productivity and product quality.
• Request materials and supplies.
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy.
• Prepare production and other reports.

Job Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience Level: Minimum of 1 Year
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Creativity and Innovation
• Technical writing
• Computer skills and Technology savy is a must
• Experience as a furniture and fixture assembler, woodworking machine operator, cabinetmaker or furniture finisher, is a plus
