Job Description

• Safely transport the MD to and from meetings, appointments, and other engagements.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules.
• Monitor traffic and weather conditions to plan optimal routes.
• Handle basic vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / OND qualification with 2 - 5 years experience.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must reside in Surulere
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Must be ready for immediate resumption.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting for the group.
• Drive capital raising (debt and equity) and manage investor/lender relationships.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.
• Manage debt portfolios and ensure covenant compliance.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective internal controls.
• Provide financial insight to management and lead the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s or professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong background in manufacturing, corporate finance, and treasury management.
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and leadership skills.
