• Positions plastic covering material on sides of panel and places covered panel on bed of press.
• Starts machine that presses covered panel with heated ram for prescribed time to seal plastic covering material onto plywood panel.
• May tend automatic machine that presses veneer to panels and trims excess edges.
• Carry out planning, coordination, organization, and control of the lamination to ensure the efficient production of goods of the right quality and cost.
• Also ensure that the goods are produced on time at the right price to meet the demands of the customer
• Operate lamination machine
• Mix adhesive and hardener correct ratio.
• Making sure the goods are produced on time.
• Maintain good housekeeping production floor and machine surrounding
• Follow job ticket instructions.
• Set correct machine parameters
• Monitoring CCP on lamination process.

Requirements

• Electronics Engineer with over 10 years of experience and strong background in design, installation, operation, repair and maintenance of electronic& electrical systems and equipment.
• Specialised in the maintenance and repairs of Open and cased hole specialty tools used for prognosis, Isolation, Production and Evaluation of oil field.
• · Proficiently worked on: Several Chevron, SHELL, Exxon Mobil and Total locations using the Reservoir Saturation tool to acquire oil-water, gas-oil contacts.
• · Perforation of cased hole wells with various down hole charges/explosives.
• · Prognosis of wells with Sondex and Hunterwellscience production logging tools.
• · Adept at maintaining installing and repairing various electronic systems and components. Committed to delivering cost-effective electronics solutions.
• Possession of in-depth knowledge of schematics, wire diagram and interpretation of technical drawings.
• · Expertise in designing and building of electronic circuits with modern software’s like Proteus and Multisim.
• Proficient in quality assurance procedures testing and repairs. Hardworking efficient and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
