    Customer Support Officer

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Officer at UPDC FM Ltd. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and providing technical support when needed. The role also involves liaising with other internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain a high level of customer service.


    • Strong customer support and customer service skills
    • Ability to analyze and understand customer needs
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • First degree in Mass communication or any related field
    • Minimum of 2 years experience

    Facility Manager

    The facility Manager is responsible for the effective functioning of the estate, provides an efficient and safe working environment for occupants and their activities by ensuring the adoption of best business practices to manage resources, services and processes.


    • Relevant degree from a reputable tertiary institution
    • Sound knowledge of Health safety and environmental regulations.
    • Knowledge of routine and preventive maintenance
    • Planning and project management
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in residential, commercial and corporate site.


    • Financial planning and negotiating skills with ability to develop and manage a project.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to relate to clients and external third parties.
