    Legal & Compliance Officer

    Job Summary

    • Are you a compliance-savvy legal professional with a deep understanding of the Nigerian Capital Markets?
    • The Legal & Compliance Officer supports the firm in meeting its regulatory, legal, and governance obligations as a SEC-licensed Fund/Portfolio Manager.
    • The role ensures compliance with SEC Nigeria Rules, ISA 2007/2025, AML/CFT regulations, and internal policies.
    • The officer also provides legal advisory, prepares and reviews transaction documents, manages regulatory filings, and serves as a key interface between the firm and regulators (SEC, NFIU, FIRS, CAC, etc.).

    Responsibilities

    • This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and apply financial regulations.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead SEC regulatory filings (Daily, QMR, AUM, Annual).
    • Draft and negotiate complex investment agreements (IMAs, SLAs, NDAs).
    • Act as the primary interface for SEC, NFIU, and CAC.
    • Drive the AML/CFT and KYC/CDD framework.

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Booking & Reservations Officer to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle reservations, coordinating bookings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from reservation to vehicle handover.
