    Facility & Security Officer

    This role ensures efficient maintenance and operation of company facilities, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing security personnel and systems to safeguard employees and assets as well as implementing safety policies and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.   

    Job Details

    • Ensure the effective maintenance and smooth operation of all company facilities.  
    • Manage security personnel and systems to ensure the safety of employees and company assets.  
    • Oversee canteen operations to ensure quality food service and hygiene standards.  
    • Maintain accurate records and manage the lifecycle of company assets.  
    • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure to support smooth operations and minimize downtime.  
    • Implement safety and security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, conduct safety inspections, as well as identify and mitigate potential hazards.  
    • Support the safety team in the implementation of emergency response plans and ensure readiness for emergencies such as fires, spills, or medical incidents.  
    • Optimize the workspace through effective allocation of workstations.  
    • Manage the production and availability of ID cards for employees. 
    • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential safety and security risks in the workplace and implement measures to mitigate these risks.  
    • Manage environmental sustainability initiatives, waste management, and pollution prevention measures to minimize environmental impact.  
    • Ensure Internal and External customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • First degree in Estate Management, Business Administration or any related field. 
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Communication and interpersonal abilities.  
    • Knowledge of facility management best practices.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.

    Sales Executive - Solar

    This role is responsible for managing and driving sales growth in solar energy, with a focus on establishing market reach and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the Nigerian energy market and proven experience in achieving sales targets within the renewable energy space.

    Job Details

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market. 
    • Conduct site visits and recommend tailored solar solutions based on customer requirements. 
    • Attend relevant industry events, seminars, and conferences to build relationships and identify new business opportunities. 
    • Monitor competitor activities, market developments, and emerging solar technologies to stay ahead of industry trends. 
    • Prepare detailed reports on customer interactions, sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reviews.   
    • Ensure all documentation and contracts are completed in compliance with company policies and relevant energy regulatory requirements.   
    • Participate in the formulation of competitive pricing models to meet both company and customer’s objectives. 
    • Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to optimize sales strategies. 
    • Visiting customers on a regular basis to maintain a strong relationship and informing them of new products and product transitions. Providing product training as necessary. 
    • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions, making recommendations to management. 
    • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to support the business in achieving its set business objectives. 

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, Science or a related field.  
    • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Technical Sales, with a focus on renewable energy 
    • Strong knowledge of solar systems, components, and applications. 
    • Knowledge of renewable energy regulations and compliance. 
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
    • Excellent customer management skills 
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 
    • Ability to transmit information effectively, i.e. in clear, unambiguous terms to customers and distributors. 
    • Ability to write reports in clear terms using a mixture of words, charts, graphs, etc.
