Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team.

• You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to help clients find their perfect property via social media.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Developing and curating engaging content (posts, images, videos, blogs) tailored to the brand and audience.
• Social Media Strategy: Planning and implementing social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Community Engagement: Interacting with followers, responding to comments, and managing online conversations to build a community.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, traffic) and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Advertising: Running paid social media campaigns and optimizing them to reach target audiences.
• Brand Consistency: Ensuring all content aligns with the company’s voice, values, and objectives.
• Trend Monitoring: Keeping up with social media trends and adapting content to remain relevant.
• Collaboration: Working with other teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to align strategies and messaging
• Must be good at Graphic Design, Video Creation and Editing.

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at The Solid Star Paradise in Abuja.
• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and overseeing sales activities to drive revenue and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 2-4 years work experience.
• Sales, Business Development, and Marketing skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Experience in real estate or property management
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Must be Knowledgeable of the real estate market in Abuja
