    Medical Doctor

    Job Summary:  

    Management of the Organization’s Medical Services and Quality Assurance operations

    Engage in risk assessment and mitigation functions 
     
    REQUIREMENTS

     i. Education  

    • Minimum of First degree or its equivalent in Medicine MBBS
    • Attendance of related courses/ workshops/seminars etc.
    • Post Graduate Qualification in Public Health, Health Management, Health Financing or related fields, is an added advantage.  

     ii. Work Experience  

    • Minimum of 2 years post qualification cognate experience in a reputable HMO
    • Experienced at business development/marketing
    • In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and application of ICD-11 to coding, billing, and medical claims
    • Experienced in research and statistical analysis is an asset 

    iii. Skills/Abilities

    • Sound knowledge of quality assurance, outcomes measurement processes and methodologies
    • Computer Literate; Proficient in Microsoft Office Software Packages
    • Excellent analytical and forecasting skills
    • Excellent writing skills to document, report and communicate findings
    • Ability to use authority in a respectful manner
    • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary management team without supervision
    • Ability to translate organization’s policies and service objectives into a quality assurance framework to achieve desired outcomes
    • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

    Business Development Officer

    Purpose and Summary:

    • To build an effective long-term relationship with the customers and perform sets of sales activities to help the organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives
    • Prospecting for corporate clients, selling health insurance and other available products as well as closing sales.
    • Increasing sales and meeting financial sales targets
    • Managing client accounts 

    REQUIREMENTS

    i. Education  

    B.SC/HND in Marketing or any of the Social Sciences.  

    ii. Work Experience

    • Two (2) or more years’ experience in the field of Health Services
    • Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience in a reputable HMO
    • Experience in research and statistical analysis is an asset 

    iii. Skills/Abilities

    • Excellent analytical and forecasting skills
    • Solid knowledge of sales management and b2b sales pipeline management
    • Strong planning, coordination, and time management skills to effectively support regularly scheduled and targeted audit, program evaluation and service planning
    • Excellent writing skills to document, report and communicate findings
    • Sound knowledge of auditing principles and practices in order to assist and carry out system and service/case audits
    • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

    Quality Assurance/Business Development Officer

    Job Summary

    This role is tasked with:

    • Conducting Medical Services/Quality Assurance functions  
    • Managing provider relations
    • Claims management
    • Prospecting for corporate clients, selling health insurance and other available products as well as closing sales.

    REQUIREMENTS  

    i.Education

    Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as Staff Nurse RN / Midwife RM,  
     ii.Work Experience  

    • Minimum of 2 years post qualification cognate experience in a reputable HMO
    • Experienced at business development/marketing
    • In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and application of ICD-10 to coding, billing, and medical claims
    • Experienced in research and statistical analysis is an asset

     iii. Skills/Abilities

    • Sound knowledge of quality assurance, outcomes measurement processes and methodologies;
    • Computer Literate; Proficient in Microsoft Office Software Package.
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Excellent writing skills to document, report and communicate findings
    • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary work team with limited supervision
    • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
