    Experienced Real Estate Sales Manager (Luxury Properties)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales operations of our luxury property portfolio.
    • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the luxury real estate market, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and closing premium property deals.
    • The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, mentoring sales executives, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, supervise, and manage the luxury property sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team toward achieving targets.

    • The Direct Sales Agent is responsible for driving customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, digital savings enrollment, loan generation, loan recovery, and promotion of the Cooperative Bank’s financial solutions and subsidiary products.

    • Previous experience in banking, cooperative, microfinance, fintech, or direct sales is an added advantage.
    • Strong marketing, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets.
    • Good understanding of digital banking and mobile applications.
    • Strong customer relationship and recovery management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
