Job Duties

• Source for and oversee providers for services including security, cleaning, and other vendors.
• Supervise the cleaners and security personnel on their duties.
• Proactively ensure periodic checks and maintenance of water pump, vehicles, vehicle papers, generator, air conditioners, electrical fittings, and other company facilitiesin the premises to prevent down time.
• Proactively ensure the safety of employees and the organization.
• Ensure to track the company vehicles and monitor fuel consumption of vehicles and generators.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in procurement of diesel, fuel, vehicle parts, and other facility fixtures.
• Manage parking space, workspace, and ensure the safety of the premises.
• Ensure the beautification, and cleanliness of the work space, and sub spaces within the premises.
• Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.
• Plan for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements.
• Oversee any renovations, relocation, refurbishments and building projects.
• Prepare maintenance reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• HND in Facility Management, and related disciplines.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to make fast decisions, lead and manage teams and projects.
• Teamworking.
• Attention to detail and forecasting abilities.

Qualifications

• HND in Computer Science, ICT, Computer Engineering, and related disciplines.
• 3 years relevant experience.
