Requirements
Interested applicants must:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Guidance and Counselling or Child Psychology (preferably from a reputable foreign university)
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a guidance counsellor within a school setting
• Be between 30-45
• Be compassionate and emotionally intelligent
• Possess exceptional people skills
• Possess keen observational skills
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• Be proactive, self-driven and energetic
• Be proficient at helping students develop skills and strategies for social and academic success
• Be attentive to details and committed to quality work
• Be organised and able to manage workload effectively
• Be based in or available to relocate to Abuja (self-funded)
• A masters degree in a relevant field would be an added advantage.

• Have 5-7 years work experience as a Year 5 or 6 teacher
• Be familiar with the Nigerian and British National curricula
• Have prepared students for entrance examinations into top Nigerian schools with a proven track record
• Be excellent at written and oral communication, and presentation
• Be skilled at teaching students to write creatively
• Be proactive, self-driven and energetic
• Be attentive to details and committed to quality work
• Be skilled at identifying problems and brainstorming potential solutions
• Be organised and able to manage workload effectively
• Be based in or available to relocate to Abuja (self-funded)
• A masters degree in education would be an added advantage.
