    Inventory Control Officer

    The Inventory Control Officer will oversee and manage the costs of Capital Work-in-Progress (CWIP) and accessories. He/she is responsible for ensuring that CWIP and accessories are accurately valued at any point in time on the ERP. He/she will monitor inventory transactions, review, and reconcile inventory general ledgers. Also, he will gather and analyse inventory data, perform inventory audits and assessments, and produce regular inventory reports and schedules.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor unit cost of inventory on ERP and investigate abnormal variances from expected unit costs.
    • Plan and supervise monthly inventory count to ensure that inventory balances on ERP are accurate and align with the physical inventory in the warehouse and other locations.
    • Post inventory count variances, reconcile inventory profit & loss GL, and send monthly inventory count report.
    • Review, reconcile and prepare a monthly schedule of charges GL, CWIP GLs, and inventory accessories GL.
    • Prepare a monthly schedule of CWIP/accessories movement that shows the value of movement for each category of CWIP/accessories which includes inventory purchased and inventory converted to fixed assets.
    • Prepare cost analysis for each foreign procurement received into the warehouse to ensure that unit cost at the point of receipt on ERP aligns with expected unit cost approved on a purchase order.
    • Apply charges on ERP to foreign procurement based on review and approval of the Head of Supply Chain.  
    • Resolve inventory issues identified by you, the warehouse manager, or any other staff of the company.
    • Attend to audit requests in respect of inventory and provide the necessary support that will enhance the timely closure of the year-end audit.
    • Attend to any other issues as the situation demands while discharging your duties.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in accounting or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role.
    • Professional qualification is an added advantage.

    The Sales Manager, is responsible for selling the company's services, finding and winning new customers, as well as providing support and maintaining existing customer accounts.

    Requirements

    • At least 5+ years’ experience in a sales and business development role (preferred)in related industry (Power Industry, Renewable Energy, Telecoms, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Pension Administration).
    • Experienced in Business Development, Sales, Product Management, Sales Training, Marketing, Advertising, Purchasing and Operations Management serving Power Generation, Real Estate Markets and Financial Institutions would have an advantage.
    • Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel & Outlook) Experience (beneficial)

    • Ability to initiate and execute sales process with new customers and with minimal supervision
    • Ability to work seamlessly within the technical and commercial team
    • Ability to develop, interpret and report business cases using MS PowerPoint slides

    HVAC Electrical Engineer

    The HVAC Engineer will be responsible for installing, repair, and maintaining of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired.
    • Prepare monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights.
    • Prepare and participate in periodic physical inventory/ Stock count.
    • Receiving and checking of deliveries.
    • Conducting of Stock Control
    • Install new HVAC units in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
    • Installs ductwork and thermostats to control HVAC system.
    • Performs routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate properly.
    • Inspects and troubleshoots problems with existing HVAC units.
    • Installs replacement parts on existing HVAC units.
    • Maintains inventory of replacement parts and orders replacements.
    • Complies with company and industry safety standards.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./B.Eng./B. Tech/B.Ed./H.N.D in related field.
    • 2-4 years’ work experience in similar role.
    • Knowledge and conversance with the engineering/manufacturing/power industry. 
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
    • Ability to use power and hand tools.
    • Ability to use thermometers, pressure gauges, and other testing devices to evaluate HVAC system.
    • Ability to read operation and repair manuals for HVAC systems.
    • Ability to follow instructions.
    • Excellent mechanical skills.
