    Customer Service Representative (Key Account)

    • Act as main link between Speedaf and her customers.
    • Ensure an effective communication and mutual understanding, focus on our customer’s needs.
    • Update and maintain customer orders in the systems.
    • Collect and follow up customer orders.
    • Ensure a close follow up of daily order entering and guarantee strict order management accuracy.
    • Issuing of local documentation including Invoice, Delivery Notes, Receipts and verifications when necessary.
    • Order tracking and follow up until delivery.
    • Work with station supervisor daily to ensure smooth deliveries, ensuring that appropriate riders are at the right place at the time.
    • Track customer claims and ensure a daily follow-up of outstanding items. Investigate claims and set action plans to prevent re-occurrence.
    • Focus constantly on service level performance improvement.
    • Maintain procedures, follow standards, and administrate activities to assure accurate order entry, efficient shipment tracking, and timely delivery of products to customers.
    • Implement tools and reports in order to measure the Customer Service activity and its KPI performance is enhance.
    • And many others as assigned.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • HND / BSC degree in relevant fields.
    • 2-4 years’ experience as Customer Service representative in logistics industryMust be a team player.
    • Must have interpersonal skills.
    • Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.3
    • Must have prior experience in handing key customers' accounts.
    • Customer oriented.
    • Understanding of MAP functionalities.
    • Knowledge on Customer Service practices and principles.
    • Organization skills to manage (at times) intense workload & ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure
    • Must be proficient in Ms Office tools.
    • Ability to handle various tasks with humility and business drive.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N120,000 Monthly.

    Admin Driver

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a professional driver to operate the company’s vehicle by driver his assigned personnel/ manager to designated locations, ensuring safe and efficient trips while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Follow assigned routes and adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
    • Drive your manager to various locations as instructed.
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the car to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, tyre pressure, and brakes, and report any issues or defects for repair.
    • Ensure that all assignments and trips are authorized, embarked on, and completed on time.
    • Daily clean both the inside and outside of the vehicle and perform maintenance checks on the vehicle.
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle use, mileage, fuel, and repairs.
    • Comply with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
    • Report any accidents, injuries, or vehicle damage immediately.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Must possess a minimum of SSCE.
    • Must have valid driver’s license and LASDRI card.
    • Proven driving experience.
    • Good knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
    • Must be familiar with Lagos route.
    • Must be willing to stay in the accommodation provided by the company.
    • Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional appearance and conduct.
