• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in logistics management software and MS Office Suite.

Purpose of Role:

As the logistics intern, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring administrative efficiency within the logistics department.

Responsibilities:

• Record keeping and files management.
• Data entry.
• Report collation.
• Tracking of logistics activities.
• Updating the logistics tracking app.
• Third party vendors’ payment reconciliation.
• Complaints resolution and escalation.
• Petty cash handling and reconciliation.
• Manage communication to internal customers.
• Perform any other administrative and data entry tasks within the department.

The ideal candidate:

• Currently undergoing NYSC or searching for a PPA.
• Experience in basic administrative and office duties.
• Data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially Microsoft excel) and dashboards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills.
• Driving experience and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications: Bsc / HND in a related field.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Implement inventory control strategies to balance stock levels, increase turnover, reduce carrying costs, and minimize obsolete inventory situation.
• Oversee the efficient and timely distribution of orders to customers, optimizing transportation, warehousing, and order fulfilment processes.
• Work closely with sales and procurement teams to create and maintain accurate forecast, which are essential for efficient inventory and logistics planning.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously through excellent project and time management skills.
• Proven experience (2-4 years) in supply chain or warehouse management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field.

Rumuneration:

• N220,000 net monthly.
• Health insurance.
