Responsibilities 

• Create design concepts, wireframes & prototypes to convey requirements and test functionality
• Produce high quality UI/UX designs for the mobile and backend teams
• Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming.
• Document and employ design concepts into functional prototypes
• Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts.
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations
• Ensuring component consistency across designs and design elements (font, font size, spacing, padding, etc.)
• Grouping and naming design elements, screens, etc. for easy readability  

 
Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification in relevant fields.
• Experience with design software such as Adobe creative suit, figma and sketch.
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.

Requirements

• Have a knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting

• Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS.

Our clients is looking to hire a Senior Finance Officer with a least 5 years experience.

Job Description

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
• Analyse revenues and expenses and prepare the monthly financial statements
• Prepare the annual and monthly budgets and monitors adherence to budget through monthly performance reviews
• Prepare a cashflow projection for the company and manage the cash position
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
• Prepare tax returns and comply with corporate reporting requirements
• Ensure that all statutory deductions and tax returns are filed on time
• Review bank statements, processing bank deposits and all associated finance entries
• Make appropriate enquiries on abnormal expenses and entries in the accounting system
• Reviews invoices, receipts and other documents supporting transactions to verify the accuracy
• Prepare, review, and analyse monthly financial statements and report any variances to management, while identifying areas for improvement
• Coordinate the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate the statutory audit of financial statements and ensures that they filed with FIRS and other regulatory authorities on time
• Process and verify payroll and payroll reports
• Assist with special projects when required
• Ensure that all finance policies and procedures for the company are strictly adhered to.
• Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and accounting principle
• Comply with federal, state, and local financial regulatory requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

Requirements:

• Bsc/BTech/BA in relevant fields 
• At least 5 years experience as a finance officer.
• Professional certification in ACCA/ICAN.
