Description:
Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes, and procedures. Ensure appropriate site rules and welfare is in place facilities are in place. Carry out regular inspections and monitoring. A weekly update on the work program. Helping co-ordinate quality control, assurance of deliverables. Computing records for site reports.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role in a construction company.
• Must have experience in project management with certifications or licenses.
• Must have Knowledge of project management software
• Must have experience with Multinationals or oil and gas sector on projects not less than USD 5M.

Professional project documentation specialist. Maintain accurate records of all information related to projects for documentation, clarification, and presentation to management. Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. Assist in monitoring and tracking project progress, scheduling, and project status. Offer general assistance to Project Manager as needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role in a construction company.
• Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules
• Must have worked in an oil and gas or other multinational organizational projects that is above USD 5
